This is the painting I've been working on, before I started I painted the canvas a solid color then after it dried I used Crackle Paste, covered the entire canvas with it, after the paste hardens, it cracks, I then painted this image over the cracked texture giving it an old antique feel to it, this is one of my favorite classic artist Rembrandt, His artwork is beyond amazing, his use of lighting and shadows blow me away, This is my tribute to him, this is "Remembering Rembrandt"

Born and raised in Corpus Christi TX, I've been an Artist from the time I could hold a pencil, and I've kept it up ever since, I started with black and white pencil sketches and slowly moved to pastels and prismacolors, it wasn't till a couple of years ago that I took up painting after I saw a painting on Ebay that I wanted to buy, I decided to paint it myself and thus began the love affair that is Acrylics, it has become my passion. to create something on a blank canvas and bring it to life.
