This is the latest painting I've do for my Dia de los Muertos 2014 collection, I've been wanting to do a painting where the person blends into the back ground, I was inspired by another artist for this look, this was the result, I call this one Saliendo de la Luz (Stepping out of the Light)
About Al Molina
Born and raised in Corpus Christi TX, I've been an Artist from the time I could hold a pencil, and I've kept it up ever since, I started with black and white pencil sketches and slowly moved to pastels and prismacolors, it wasn't till a couple of years ago that I took up painting after I saw a painting on Ebay that I wanted to buy, I decided to paint it myself and thus began the love affair that is Acrylics, it has become my passion. to create something on a blank canvas and bring it to life.
